“Revival”
Douglas Cairn Terrier
Revival has been through something.
Somewhere in his life before The Cuddle Revival, he found his way into a dryer, and the heat changed his coat permanently. What was once soft plush is now singed and tightly curled in places, leaving him with the wonderfully wild, weathered little face you see today. It isn’t damage we’ve tried to disguise. It’s part of him now.
And perhaps that is why Revival feels so particularly at home here. He is not the plush who came through his first life untouched. He is the one who came through changed—and was still worth finding, cleaning, caring for, and choosing. There is something quietly lovely about a companion who doesn’t need to be restored to what he once was in order to be wanted exactly as he is.
Details
10 inches · charcoal-gray plush · dark nose and eyes · significant permanent heat damage to fur from a dryer · coat is singed, curled, and roughened throughout · otherwise perfectly rough around the edges
Ready for Adoption
For someone who understands that a little friend doesn’t have to be perfect to be worth bringing home.
Care
Surface spot-clean only. Due to the existing heat damage, do not machine wash or tumble dry. Keep away from heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
The Cuddle Revival Promise
Every rescued companion is carefully cleaned, gently inspected, and photographed honestly so the friend you meet here is the one who arrives at your door.
There is still so much life after the thing that changed you.
