“Porridge & Pebble”
Vintage seal companions
Porridge and Pebble have been together long enough that no one remembers which one started following the other. Porridge is the slightly more rumpled of the two, with one side of his whiskers missing entirely — the result, according to Pebble, of leaning much too far into a breakfast bowl some years ago. Porridge maintains that the details have been greatly exaggerated. Pebble has all of hers and, presumably, enough opinions for both of them.
They are creatures of small comforts. Porridge prefers the warmest patch of afternoon light and has a particular talent for looking as though he has only just woken from a very important nap. Pebble likes to settle close beside him, usually touching, as though keeping track of where he is without making a fuss about it.
They arrived together, and together is how they’ll stay. Whatever adventures came before left both of them wonderfully soft around the edges. They’re not looking for much this time around — just somewhere quiet to land, someone kind to belong to, and room enough for two.
Details
12” nose to flipper · soft gray faux fur · dark flippers and muzzles · bright black eyes · gentle preloved condition · Porridge is missing whiskers on one side

“Birch”
Mary Meyer mixed breed dog, vintage era
Birch has the sort of face that suggests he has been waiting by the door for you, even though no one actually asked him to. His shaggy gray-and-cream coat falls every which way, his brown ears flop just enough to make him look permanently concerned, and his enormous paws give the impression that he never quite grew into his feet.
He is very serious about accompanying people from room to room. Not helping, exactly — Birch considers supervision a perfectly respectable contribution. He’ll settle somewhere directly in the path between you and whatever you’re trying to accomplish, then look mildly surprised when you need to step over him.
There is something wonderfully ordinary about Birch: not a show dog, not particularly dignified, and certainly not interested in being impressive. Just a good old mutt with muddy-colored paws, a soft belly, and the quiet conviction that wherever you are is probably where he belongs.

A very good mutt, by all the measures that matter.
“Barley”
Applause bunny, vintage era
Barley’s ears sit slightly uneven — one folds forward, one back — from years of being held the same way at story time. There’s a soft crease behind the left one where a gentle hand used to rest. He’s still waiting, patiently, for someone new to hold him that way again.
He has always preferred places where things grow slowly. Tucked beside a stack of well-loved books or resting on a greenhouse shelf warmed by afternoon light, Barley seems completely at home. He’s convinced books should be read with a cup of tea nearby, and that every greenhouse is simply a library where the stories happen to be alive.
Details
22” head to bottom paw · tan faux fur · curious brown eyes · gentle preloved condition · slightly worn in tender places, especially around his ears and tail

Gesture Series
In art, a gesture sketch captures the soul of something before it’s finished. These bears live there — in the becoming. They are a reminder to be soft with ourselves through life’s constant transitions. Sometimes those very threads that come undone lead us to our next beautiful chapter.
“Marrow”
Guardian companion, customized from a Douglas dog
Marrow has the solemn face of a dog who has decided something is his responsibility.
He is a guardian by nature, though what he considers worth guarding is rarely very grand. The warm place left behind when you get out of bed. A book you meant to finish. The quiet end of the sofa. A person who has had a difficult day and would rather not explain it. Once Marrow has chosen his place beside something, he settles in with the seriousness of someone who has been given an important post.
There is something reassuring about being cared for by a creature who asks so little in return. Marrow doesn’t need to know where you have been or why you came home tired. He only needs to know which side of you is his, and whether there is enough room there for a small dog to keep watch.
Perhaps that is what guardianship looks like most of the time. Not bravery or grand gestures, but staying. Being there when the room grows quiet. Keeping company with the things—and the people—we would hate to lose.
Details
12” nose to tail · black and warm brown brindled faux fur · white chest · original eyes and nose · ears individually reshaped and sewn · very small scuff on one eye · hand-shaved and artist-finished in The Cuddle Revival studio
The Making
Marrow began as a Douglas dog. His transformation was approached with restraint, preserving the character of the original plush while bringing forward the little canine that seemed to be waiting underneath.
His longer coat was meticulously shaved by hand, working gradually around his existing markings so that the warm brown brindling remained visible rather than being lost beneath a tight trim. His ears were reshaped by hand, altering his silhouette and giving him the compact, watchful expression he wears now.
Ready for Adoption

Surface spot-clean only. Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight. Marrow is an artist-altered collectible intended for adult collectors.
