An original TCR companion, created to your specifications
Some bears are found. This one begins with being imagined.
Perhaps you already know something about yours—the color of their fur, the feeling in their face, whether they should appear solemn and watchful or slightly wild around the edges. Perhaps all you know is how you want them to feel when they are finally sitting beside you. Either is enough to begin.
Together, we will choose the details that give your bear their particular presence. You may select their coloring, fur character, eyes, handwoven nose, expression, and other available finishes. From there, each bear is individually cut, sewn, shaped, jointed, and brought to life by hand in The Cuddle Revival studio.
Because the most meaningful details often reveal themselves during the making, no two bears will ever emerge quite alike. The finished companion will carry the choices we made together, as well as the small, unrepeatable gestures that belong only to them.
Your Commission
Your custom bear may be personalized through a selection of available:
Fur colors, lengths, and textures
Eye colors and styles
Handwoven nose colors
Facial expression and overall character
Weighting and finishing details
Availability may vary, and some materials may require an additional fee. Before work begins, you will receive a clear plan for your bear based on our conversation and the materials currently available.
The Making
Each bear is handmade slowly and individually using an Emma’s Bears artist pattern, interpreted through the expressive finishing and hand-sculpted character of The Cuddle Revival.
Small variations, asymmetry, and visible evidence of handcrafting are part of the work. Your bear will not be an exact duplicate of any bear pictured—and that is precisely what makes them yours.
One of One
Although each commission begins from the same underlying pattern, every completed bear is considered one of one. Variations in fur, shaping, placement, expression, handwoven features, and finishing ensure that your companion cannot be reproduced exactly.
Begin Your Bear
After placing your order, you will be contacted to begin the design conversation. We will discuss the qualities you would like your bear to carry and develop a direction that feels personal to you.
Please understand that handmade commissions require time. Your bear will be created thoughtfully, with progress and timing communicated before the work begins.
Care
Created as a collectible art companion. Display gently and keep away from prolonged sunlight, moisture, pets, and very young children. Surface clean only with a soft, barely damp cloth; do not machine wash or submerge.

Premium fur, specially sourced materials, accessories, and unusually complex design requests may increase the final price. Any additional cost will be discussed and approved before work begins.
